Mortgage rates for a Thirty year fixed mortgage remained stable at 3.76% on Tuesday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.

The Thirty year fixed mortgage rate on February 21, 2012, is up 5 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 3.71% and down 12 basis points from the average rate of 3.88% from three months ago.
